Urban Road endeavours to consistently supply products of the highest quality and standard, however, in the unlikely event that your artwork/s arrive in a faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory condition that is not representative of the item you have chosen on the website, we will happily replace your artwork/s.
Any such faults or damages should be reported as soon as possible after the products have been received. Please sign into your account by clicking here, then select 'Resolution Centre’ and complete the required details for a new dispute. Photographs of the damage must be supplied as proof – these can be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that you retain the original packaging, as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item.
In the case where a refund is issued or preferred, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
In the event that you change your mind about your choice, you must advise us of your intention to return the product for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your item. Please click here to log into your account, and use the 'Resolution Centre' selection to submit a return request. We will happily exchange your item, issue you with store credit or provide a full refund as soon as the original item has been returned in its original condition and in the original packaging.
Please note that, in the case of a Change of Mind return, shipping costs will not be refunded, and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of returning the product back to Urban Road, including any tracking or insurance required.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.
